I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and my office is located at the Self-Leadership Center of Oklahoma. I received my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma City University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Southern Nazarene University. My experience spans multiple settings, including the public school system, community mental health, non-profits, and now private practice.

I have a passion to help individuals and families heal who are impacted by trauma and distress in life. I am trained and utilize multiple evidence based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI.)

After going through years of infertility and becoming an adoptive and biological mom myself, I became trained in Perinatal Mental Health. This has led me to working with many women who have gone through infertility, loss or are experiencing a perinatal mood disorder.
