I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and my office is located at the Self-Leadership Center of Oklahoma. I received my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Oklahoma City University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Southern Nazarene University. My experience spans multiple settings, including the public school system, community mental health, non-profits, and now private practice.

I am trained in multiple evidenced based modalities and primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, and Trust Based Relational Intervention. I am currently working toward gaining my Perinatal Mental Health Certification and have a passion for working with women who have gone through infertility, loss or are postpartum.
