I believe that counseling can be one of the most valuable investments you give yourself. It can feel daunting to reach out to a professional for the first time or try therapy “again” after not getting the benefits you were hoping for in the past. My desire is to offer an opportunity for anyone seeking a compassionate space to find inner peace and a deeper understanding of self. My current rate is $150 per session and I accept HealthChoice insurance and private pay.
I can provide a Superbill to out of network clients to file directly with their insurance for possible full or partial reimbursement based on the individual insurance plan.
